Ace Travel who run a number of Commercial and Merseytravel Tendered Services have won the Tender to Operate Service 111 that runs from Alder Hay Hospital to Whiston Hospital via Stockbridge Village and Prescot Bus Station.
The Service was first introduced on The 6th October 2013 Funded by The Department for Transport's Local Sustainable Transport Fund, The Service was Awarded to Peoplesbus on a 10 Month Contract to see if the Service was Required.

As the Tender given to Peoplesbus was coming to an end all local Bus Operators was invited to place a bid to run the Service with Ace Travel coming out as the Winner and are to take over Operation of the 111 on the 10th August 2014.
With this being a Merseytravel Tender Fares will be:
Adult: £1:30
Child: 50p
