St Helens Depot Focus January 2015

This month has been an eventful month at St Helens Depot with a number of Buses come in and leave the Depot, some for further service and others Withdrawn for Disposal. There is also to be a few Service Changes in February.

Buses in

This month saw the first Two Alexander Dennis  Enviro 400s Enter Service being 4595 (SL64 JEO) and 4596 (SL64 JEU) These are for the 10/10A Services (St Helens - Liverpool) The other Twenty-four will Enter service on Sunday 1st February.

Also in are VDL SB120CS Wright Cadet's 2550 (DK55 FYP) and 2551 (DK55 FYR) from Wythenshawe Depot, These are in to replace Older Buses for Withdrawal

Buses out

Departed from the St Helens Fleet is Wright Gemini 1's 4200 (Y581 UGC) and 4214 (LF02 PKO). These have moved for further Service with Speke Depot

Withdrawn is Volvo B10BLE Wright Renown 2733 (X23 BLU) This Bus was new to Blue Bus of Bolton in 2000

Also Withdrawn is Dennis Dart SLF Plaxton Pointer 2's 2214 (X214 ANC) And 2237 (X237 ANC)

Also Withdrawn is DAF SB120CS Wright Cadet 2418 (X418 AJA) This is the first of its type to be Withdrawn with St Helens.

Service Changes

10/10A St Helens - Liverpool
Service 10A will now run To/From Liverpool One Bus Station instead of Mann Island, Both Services will also hve a slight Timetable Change.

The first Three Buses in each Direction will have a slight change to times to improve reliability.
