Arriva permanently suspend Click in Liverpool

Announced via E.Mail to passengers today was Arriva Click will not be returning to most of Liverpool, A statement from the Operator said:

"The ArrivaClick service will not be returning to the whole of Liverpool however, we will continue to run the 211 Speke Zone, as we have been over the pandemic period

The service has set out what we aimed to achieve which is to get people out of private transport. Around half of our customers where previously using cars or taxis.

Arriva Click has proved to be popular and we understand how disappointing this news will be.

We have tried everything we can to increase passenger numbers and make the service sustainable

We are making this announcement now to give our customers time to make alternative travel arrangements.

This wasn't a decision we have taken lightly

We are extremely grateful to our customers for their support since we launched the service.

We apologise for the inconvenience that the withdrawal of this service will case. We will be continuing to serve customers in Speke on the 211 route via Arriva Click

For anyone who still has unused purchased credit, we are happy to arrange a refund back onto your Credit/Debit Card. This can be arranged by contacting arrivaclickenquiries@arriva.co.uk "

We assume Click Minibuses will continue to be used on the 201 Speke Morrisons - Liverpool Royal Hospital.
